• Domains are registered in the client’s name to ensure full legal ownership, while administrative control is managed by DOXAVIEW for security and ease of service.

• Clients may request transfer of domain ownership at any time, subject to clearance of any outstanding service fees.

• DOXAVIEW monitors all registered domains and provides timely annual renewal reminders. Renewal services are provided with a small handling fee for management and technical support.

• In the event of non-payment before a renewal deadline, DOXAVIEW is not responsible for expired or lost domains.

• Clients may choose to transfer their domain to another service provider at any point upon written request.

By using our domain registration and management services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms as part of your ongoing service agreement with DOXAVIEW.
